## Home page privacy

The home page uses locally served JavaScript to remember your language only when you explicitly choose Español or English. It stores a supported language code in the `yecla.locale.v1` key in `localStorage`, without visit history or a player identifier. The preference is shared by the home page and game at the same origin; it does not create a separate saved game. You can clear it through your browser's site-data settings.

The home page's code includes no advertising cookies or analytics. It serves its images, fonts and JavaScript from the same hosting service. It does not load the game or contact linked websites before you open a link; it uses no remote translation.

This edition of the game does not collect statistics or offer an option to enable sending them. An old statistics preference does not enable it. Game progress and settings are saved in your browser, as listed at https://yecla.com/en/cookies.html.
