The game does not ask you to create an account, identify yourself or submit forms. This does not eliminate the technical data needed to serve a page over the Internet.

What happens when you visit and play

Connection and security

When you request pages and files, the hosting service receives technical connection data, such as your IP address. It is processed to deliver the website and protect its operation, based on the legitimate interest in providing a secure service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Hosting logs: IP address and technical request data, such as the requested page or file, date and time, referrer, and information about the browser, operating system and device, to deliver the website and maintain its security and stability. Retention: Hosting access logs are retained for a maximum of eight weeks, according to the IONOS documentation applicable to this service.

Saved game, settings and language

Progress, missions, postcards, stamps, quality and volume are saved in this browser so you can continue and keep your choices. Quality and volume are also written automatically with their initial values after the first load. The language preference is saved when you explicitly choose a language on the home page or in the menu. Local storage remains until replaced, cleared or removed by the browser. Game statistics

This edition does not collect game statistics. No loading, gameplay or mission events are sent, and there is no option to enable sending. A preference saved by an earlier version does not enable it. Playing, saving and completing missions work without that record.

If you contact us

If you write to the contact email, we receive your address, message and attachments to handle your request. Providing this data is voluntary, but we need a way to reply. It is not used for a marketing list.

We answer ordinary enquiries based on the legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). Data-rights requests are handled under a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)); if you request steps before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) applies for that purpose.

Message retention: General enquiries and their attachments are deleted 12 months after they have been resolved. If they lead to a contractual relationship, a legal obligation or a claim, the necessary data is retained for the periods applicable to that situation.

Hosting and recipients

Hosting and technical administration are provided by VirtualySoft Yecla, S.L. on behalf of Ofymat Informática S.L., using infrastructure from IONOS. That infrastructure is contracted by VirtualySoft Yecla, S.L..

Transfers outside the European Economic Area: According to the IONOS information applicable to its hosting service, visitor data for that service is not transferred to third countries. This edition uses no external advertising or analytics services and does not envisage international transfers for those purposes.

Rights and complaints

You may contact yecla@ofymat.es or the owner’s registered address to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. We normally respond within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by the GDPR.

The local saved game is deleted through your browser. We will not collect additional identifiers to identify your local saved game. Any contact data or server logs are considered separately.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). The game does not build personal profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects.
